อย่างที่บอกไปว่า เรื่อง Common expressions ในภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอีกหนึ่งเรื่องที่น่าสนใจและสำคัญสำหรับผู้ที่เรียนภาษาอังกฤษและต้องการนำภาษาอังกฤษไปใช้ในระดับที่สูงขึ้น รวมถึงสื่อสารได้ตรงประเด็นเป็นธรรมชาติมากขึ้นด้วย เราจึงหยิบยก  เรื่อง Common expressions  มานำเสนอมากขึ้น โดยในบทความนี้จะขอนำเสนอ Common expressions ในเรื่องของ “(to have) had it”

“(to have) had it” = Enough, too much จะใช้เมื่อคุณต้องการจะบอกว่าถึงขีดจำกัดแล้ว ไม่สามารถอดทนได้แล้ว ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้ในรูปของ Present perfect form มาลองดูตัวอย่างการใช้งาน

ตัวอย่าง

• He’s had it with the test. He’s not going to try it again.
• This photocopier has had it. I don’t think it can be repaired.
• I’ve had it with his bad behavior. I’m sending him to the managers’ office.
• She’s had it with the parking problems. She’s going to get a motorbike.

จากตัวอย่างจะเห็นได้ว่านอกจากการใช้ had it ในรูปแบบของ Present perfect form  แล้วนั้น ส่วนใหญ่ หลัง  had it จะตามด้วย with แบบโครงสร้างดังต่อไปนี้

• I’ve had it with…. = I have had it with….
• I’d had it with…. = I had had it with….
