สำหรับใครที่ทำงานร้านอาหารอาจจะได้เจอนักท่องเที่ยวหรือชาวต่างชาติมารับประทานอาหารที่ร้าน บางครั้งก็ไม่มั่นใจว่าจะใช้ประโยคแบบไหนดี เริ่มต้นอย่างไงดี วันนี้มาดู Step การพูดและประโยคที่น่ารู้สำหรับคนทำงานร้านอาหารกันดังนี้

เมื่อลูกค้าเข้าร้านมา :

1. ทักทาย Hello, how are you (doing)?
2. มากี่คนคะ? How many people? / How many of you?
3. จองโต๊ะไว้มั้ย? Have you got a booking/reservation?
4. รับออเดอร์ Are you ready to order? / What would you like to order? / Would you like anything to drink?
5. พวกยำ/สลัด/ซุป ควรถามว่าจะออกเป็นอองเทร่หรือเมนคอร์ส Would you like it as an entree or main course?
6. ออกอาหารทุกอย่างพร้อมกันหมดเลย = All together / ออกทีละอย่าง = One at the time
7. รับอะไรเพิ่มอีกมั้ย? Anything else?
8. ทวนรายการอาหาร (ควรจะทวน เพื่อให้ผิดน้อยที่สุด) May I repeat your order, please? / May I read it back to you? You ordered …..
9. เวลาเสิร์ฟอาหาร/เติมน้ำ/เก็บจาน ควรพูด Excuse me. เพื่อเป็นการบอกให้ลูกค้ารู้ตัว
10. ตอนเสิร์ฟอาหาร ควรบอกชื่ออาหารด้วย Excuse me. Here is ….
11. ได้รับออเดอร์ครบมั้ย? Is everything alright? / Do you receive all your order, yet? / Did you get all the dishes?
12. เก็บจาน Are you finished? / Are you done? May I take this?
13. ถามออเดอร์ของหวาน Would you like to get some dessert, coffee, or tea?
14. เก็บบิล Here is your bill/check/account. (ใช้ได้ทั้ง 3 คำ)
15. ทอนเงิน Here is your change … dollars. / Here is … dollars change.
16. ลาลูกค้า Thank you. Have a good night.

รับออเดอร์ทางโทรศัพท์ :

1. ทักทาย Good evening, ..(ชื่อร้าน).. How can I help you?
2. รับออเดอร์ What would you like to order? / What can I get for you?
3. ถามชื่อ/เบอร์โทรศัพท์ Can I please get your name and your contact number?
4. ใช้เวลานานเท่าไหร่ (How long will it take?) Your order will be ready in … minutes. / That should be ready in … minutes. / It will take about … minutes.
