Cheery (adj.) เป็นคำคุณศัพท์ มีความหมายว่า ร่าเริง ชื่นบาน สนุกสนาน หรือเบิกบาน โดยคำศัพท์คำนี้มีความหมายในด้านบวกและเหมาะแก่การนำไปใช้ได้ในชีวิตประจำวัน อย่างไรก็ตาม นอกจาก Cheery แล้วยังมีคำศัพท์ที่มีความหมายในลักษณะอย่างนี้อยู่เช่นกัน ดังนี้

  • Perky หมายถึง กระปรี้กระเปร่า  เช่น My roommate is perky even in the morning. She has a lot of energy.
  • Positive    หมายถึง แง่บวก เช่น He is a positive person. He sees the good in everyone, never complains, and is happy with his life.
